unfortunately toriyama forgot about her after this arc and by the time he remembered it was too late to keep her relevent. he also accidentally created a plot hole by not including her when he had initially planned to in the buu arc when he had 17 say it's been a while since he heard that voice when he had never met goku

dr gero who? he didn't exist in dragon ball during red ribbon army let alone goku encountered and spared him. toriyama just wanted to make some things match with something that happened years ago(both in-universe and real world time) and hoped nobody noticed but unfortunately they did. about dr gero imbued informarion about goku's life into them was only case for cell not the other anderoids. he even admitted he made a mistake there and that line was originally meant for launch but decided to cut her from the scene(anime kept her in the scene) but decided to give that line to 17.

The one that have imbued information about Goku's life was 16, not Cell. . .

he didnt die, he half died, if he died, he wouldnt have gotten up again without the help of dragon balls, unless i missed something

As a child who grew up watching Piccolo getting sidelined, it's so great to see him being the badass evil character, he is one of my top fav characters, if not the fav.

I like how before, Goku was able to tell when an opponent was strong or if their next attack would be a big one but that was it, whereas now he was able to accurately read the ki Piccolo was building up and predict it would be enough to cover the whole island, pretty cool to see him so strong before DBZ even starts (✿◠‿◠)
